Le <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">chapitre 1<\/span> l\u2019aborde sous un angle d\u2019idol\u00e2trie, le <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">chapitre 2<\/span> met en avant le juste jugement de Dieu et le jour de sa fureur. Le <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">chapitre 3<\/span> en r\u00e9sume plusieurs facettes \u00e0 partir de textes de l\u2019Ancien Testament, le <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">chapitre 5<\/span> remonte au premier homme\u2026 Cet article ne donne que l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res facettes du p\u00e9ch\u00e9 dans cette \u00e9p\u00eetre. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un court extrait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 d\u2019un article paru dans le suppl\u00e9ment de R\u00e9seau FEF Infos de d\u00e9cembre 2015 sur l\u2019homosexualit\u00e9. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ccffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><i>En effet, la col\u00e8re de Dieu se r\u00e9v\u00e8le du haut du ciel contre toute impi\u00e9t\u00e9 et toute injustice des hommes, qui retiennent la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 captive de l\u2019injustice ; car ce que l\u2019on peut conna\u00eetre de Dieu est pour eux manifeste : Dieu le leur a manifest\u00e9. En effet, depuis la cr\u00e9ation du monde, ses perfections invisibles, \u00e9ternelle puissance et divinit\u00e9, sont visibles dans ses oeuvres pour l\u2019intelligence ; ils sont donc inexcusables, puisque, connaissant Dieu, ils ne lui ont rendu ni la gloire ni l\u2019action de gr\u00e2ce qui reviennent \u00e0 Dieu ; au contraire, ils se sont fourvoy\u00e9s dans leurs vains raisonnements et leur coeur insens\u00e9 est devenu la proie des t\u00e9n\u00e8bres. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">Rm 1.18-21<\/span> (Traduction OEcum\u00e9nique de la Bible) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\"><em>Rejet de la gloire de Dieu<\/em><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><strong><em><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/pdf2016\/Servir%201-2016%20-%20le%20p\u00e9ch\u00e9.pdf#page=11\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"iconePDF\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/iconePDF.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"81\" height=\"76\" align=\"right\" hspace=\"8\" vspace=\"8\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/strong>Le <em><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">verset 18<\/span><\/em> commence par affirmer que la col\u00e8re de Dieu se r\u00e9v\u00e8le. Elle exprime sa juste indignation face \u00e0 l\u2019impi\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019injustice des \u00eatres humains, \u00e0 cause de sa saintet\u00e9 absolue. D\u2019apr\u00e8s <em><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">l\u2019\u00e9p\u00eetre aux Romains<\/span><\/em>, elle atteindra son paroxysme au <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em>\u00ab <\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">jour de la col\u00e8re et de la manifestation du juste jugement de Dieu <\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em>\u00bb (2.5)<\/em><\/span>. Elle peut s\u2019exercer d\u00e9j\u00e0, plus discr\u00e8tement, selon le <em><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">chapitre 13<\/span><\/em>, par le moyen du magistrat et son <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em>\u00ab <\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">glaive envers le malfaiteur <\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em>\u00bb (v.4)<\/em><\/span>. Dans ce premier chapitre, cette col\u00e8re s\u2019exprime par trois actes o\u00f9 Dieu \u00ab <\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><i>livre <\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">\u00bb l\u2019homme rebelle \u00e0 ses mauvais penchants<strong><sub>1<\/sub><\/strong>. Ils s\u2019opposent farouchement \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ou l\u2019\u00e9touffent selon le <em><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">verset 18<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">Ils ont une forme de connaissance de Dieu en eux, notamment gr\u00e2ce au t\u00e9moignage de sa cr\u00e9ation dans laquelle ils per\u00e7oivent sa puissance \u00e9ternelle et sa divinit\u00e9 <em><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\">(v.18-19)<\/span><\/em>. La signature divine est pr\u00e9sente dans chacune de ses oeuvres, de l\u2019infiniment grand \u00e0 l\u2019infiniment petit. Au lieu de les conduire \u00e0 Dieu, cette connaissance les rend <span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><em>inexcusables (v.20)<\/em><\/span>. Ils auraient d\u00fb glorifier Dieu et lui exprimer une profonde reconnaissance. Cela aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 la r\u00e9action attendue devant ce qu\u2019ils percevaient de la gloire de Dieu \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation. Cette gloire, comme l\u2019\u00e9crit James Dunn, est une sorte de \u00ab <\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><i>rayonnement stup\u00e9fiant de Dieu qui nous presse \u00e0 une admiration sinc\u00e8re et rend notre fragilit\u00e9 et corruption d\u2019autant plus visibles <\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">\u00bb<\/span><strong><sub><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><i>2<\/i><\/span><\/sub><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">. Le p\u00e9ch\u00e9 fondamental,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">comme l\u2019\u00e9crit Thomas Schreiner, est \u00ab <\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><i>ce manquement \u00e0 l\u2019adoration, tous les autres p\u00e9ch\u00e9s sont une cons\u00e9quence de celui-ci <\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">\u00bb<\/span><sub><strong><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\"><i>3<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/sub><span style=\"color: #1b1c20;\">. Samuel B\u00e9n\u00e9treau \u00e9crit : \u00ab La culpabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019homme d\u00e9coule du refus de rendre gloire \u00e0 Dieu par volont\u00e9 d\u2019autonomie et de recherche d\u2019une propre gloire \u00bb<sub><strong>4<\/strong><\/sub>.
