Ceci implique une confirmation de la part de l\u2019organisme missionnaire. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 en th\u00e9ologie (confession de foi, pratiques sur le terrain). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 en missiologie (vision, valeurs et strat\u00e9gie). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 en termes de leadership (encadrement, soins pastoraux, \u00e9volution du minist\u00e8re missionnaire, \u2026). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 physique (mise en place de proc\u00e9dures en cas de danger). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 administrative, y compris financi\u00e8res, du candidat (couverture sociale, retraite, acheminement des finances). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 en termes d\u2019accueil de la part de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sur place ou suivi en cas de \u00ab solitude \u00bb sur place. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\"><em>2) Quelles sont les attentes des organismes missionnaires ?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ils attendent d\u2019un candidat qu\u2019il poss\u00e8de les qualit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour accomplir un service efficace : <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Une maturit\u00e9 spirituelle (pas forc\u00e9ment ancienne !) impliquant : amour pour Dieu, d\u00e9sir de servir, vocation. Une ou plusieurs ann\u00e9es de formation biblique sont n\u00e9cessaires selon le minist\u00e8re futur exerc\u00e9 sur le terrain. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Un amour profond et spirituel (pas seulement \u00e9motionnel) envers les perdus, en particulier un peuple, une nation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues (voyage d\u00e9couverte, s\u00e9jour court terme, stage\u2026). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Une exigence de formation en missiologie interculturelle ou transculturelle. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Une ouverture \u00e0 la formation continue sur le terrain, pratique mais aussi th\u00e9ologique selon le minist\u00e8re exerc\u00e9 sur le terrain. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Une grande flexibilit\u00e9 et adaptation ainsi qu\u2019un esprit de soumission volontaire et intelligente. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0 \u2022 Une forte recommandation de son \u00c9glise d\u2019envoi qui s\u2019engage et soutient le candidat.
